I recently received the best support for my TQX thermostat installation. Kurt was the most patient, kind and helpful person as he walked me through all of my challenges. I was originally taken aback when I called and was told that the TQX was no longer supported (NOT true). It was a Johnson Controls agent that told me that. It is email support and it works well because photos could be sent back and forth, leaving no room for error or confusion. Lux is on their own now (no JC), so if you had a problem in the past, don't be afraid to give them a try. If you are lucky enough to get Kurt to help if you need it, you are in good hands. BTW, I also installed a TQ1 without any troubles. Both thermostats are very nice and work great!

Lux Products TX9600TS Programmable Large Touchscreen Heating Cooling Thermostat Had this item for a couple months but took a while to set it up. Since I'm not an A/C guy the instructions were a little confusing. I decided to call the " 800 " number. After waiting about 5-10 minutes I got a live person ( Damien ) who was very helpful. He spent about 15 minutes walking through the set up and everything is working well. Great to see there are companies still out there that do care about their customers. I'd highly recommend this company if you ever need any of their products.
