Eddie was a great help and was very generous with us in our “unplanned” search for a new fridge. The fridge was actually missing a couple of pieces that he wanted to deliver to us as well. Would definitely go back and we highly recommend!

Highly recommend H & R. I picked a brand new LG fridge with very little scratches on it. Unfortunately when it was delivered they couldn’t get the water and ice machine to work. Eddie called in a specialist to come and check to see what was wrong. After an attempt to repair, it still wouldn’t work. At no cost to me, they upgraded me to a better model, brand new GE profile . They even installed a brand new water line. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. These guys are top notch, professional, honest and very knowledgeable! Will definitely use them in the future! Thanks again Eddie, Moe and Alex you guys are awesome!

Great customer service. Great price. Eddie was honest and upfront. No BS. It’s scratch and dent at a fair price. Washer was tested before sale. Got home and ran with no issues. Will be back again

Such an easy experience from start to finish! The young man at the store was super helpful in helping us find the right dryer and the two that delivered the dryer were fast and professional. We saved almost $300 off the retail price of the dryer and it took some time to even find the scratch. We will definitely think of H & R first the next time we need to replace a major appliance!
