WARNING: QUOTE ONLINE is NOT even CLOSE to what they will offer you in the STORE. I took my phone to the Apple Store to have the data erased. The Apple associate mentioned that the phone was in good condition, minor scratches, no cracks and diagnostic came back no issues. So I put "good condition" when filling out the quote online. When I get to the store, I was offered less than three quarters of what I was quoted, their reason: cracks, problems with the camera and batteries. It wasn't even enough to cover for the gas getting there. They pay you $5 for a 5 STAR REVIEW. PROs: associate was nice and store was clean.

Headed to the location with my Assistant to sell my Iphone14 that had been laying around after I Upgraded and left Apple. So we headed to the CellCashr South Street and I did my Phone Check online and received my Offer right there! Went in and they were very helpful with assisting me in saving my storage from that device to make sure I didn't lose any important Info from said Device. Due to having a LOT that needed to be backed up, I wasn't able to sell phone that day and am returning now to do just that. My Offer dropped a few bucks due to Micro scratches on the Screen, understandable and service was Awesome throughout my Experience. I appreciate the assistance with trying to back up my Data, pricing was cool. Seems reasonable and was quick minus the "Back Up" delay! Thanks Guys!!!
