Mr Appliance

My car battery died on the side of a busy street in the city. One of the technicians pulled over and was so gracious to give me a jump so that I could get back home and get the battery changed out. He certainly did not have to do that, but totally saved my day and restored my faith in humanity that there are still great people in the world. I am so very grateful to this gentleman that stopped. I wish I had gotten his name, but thank you very much.

Nobody wants an everyday appliance to break down — it’s disruptive and frustrating. Thankfully, my experience with Mr. Appliance was anything but. They scheduled me quickly, and the diagnosis and repair were handled efficiently, thoroughly, and without any hassle. Mo and Paul were both professional and easy to work with throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Angel Gonzalez was very knowledgeable of our repair needed for our GE Profile double wall oven. He even double checked with his boss, during the diagnostic visit, that he was correct about the part needed. His customer service was excellent. Angel checked the operation of the new touch pad to ensure it was in working order before he left!
