Jerusalem Appliances

Great quality of appliances including some top of the range products! 2nd hand but very good quality. Nice looking clean showroom with many choices. Very reputable as they are connected to the long running furniture business next door. I came here because Mohammed was very helpful and prompt with questions I had over the phone. Good customer service is a lost art in some appliance stores. Mohammed is very knowledgeable about all products and found me a gas dryer that is in great condition. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. They offer fair delivery and installation. Also, took out very fair priced warranty. I have a new home but decided to go with a second hand dryer because his dryers seemed like better value than new. It works very well! I highly recommend this place bc of customer service and products.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Jerusalem Appliances on 1501 E Erie Ave! I purchased a stackable washer and dryer set along with a Samsung refrigerator, and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. The team was helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They delivered everything right on the promised time, and the 90-day warranty gives real peace of mind. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and has a huge variety of appliances, easily the best selection I’ve seen in the Philadelphia area. If you’re looking for quality appliances and excellent service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I’ve been looking for appliances and I had experience in other stores and I was scared to buy appliances considering my last visit was to a appliances store that sold me kitchen appliances that malfunctioned after 5 months and refused to come fixed it even though they gave me warranty . The salesman at Jerusalem appliances was very professional ,knowledgeable and made our selection go smoothly for buying our new kitchen and laundry appliances from GE Prices are better than other stores specially Lowe’s / Home Depot because they have new appliances not only open box appliances with extended warranty .delivery was on time, drivers were nice and professional with delivering our new appliances and removing the old ones. Highly recommended to save money , time and of course best service
