The store and service were great! Dave was very friendly and informative. Ws knew exactly what we wanted so it didn’t take long to buy our item. We were easily able to switch our model by phone as well. The delivery on the other hand was not so great. We were given a four hour window and it arrived 5 minutes before the last hour. The delivery men were not mean but certainly not warm and fuzzy. The got the job done and left. Everything from removing the old washer to installing the new washer took less than 30 minutes. I understand they are busy and it’s a tough job but they made me feel like I was annoying them. After I gave them a nice tip they seemed happy but overall the store service was the best part.

My first time going to Gerhard’s on Roosevelt blvd to look for a new refrigerator. I was greeted by, Jordan Harris. He immediately helped me. He showed me what would fit in my space. He showed me an open box on the floor. He gave me the prices and printed out the two I was interested in. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He went out of his way to help me. I said I would like to think about my options. I called him and left a message saying I wanted to purchase a model. He immediately returned my call. I purchased the refrigerator over the phone!
