Gerhard's Appliances was the only store that had the appliance I was interested in buying that could be delivered to me in a reasonable time period. Gerhard's also has a good selection to choose from. For any future appliance I may need I will return to Gerhard's. Jason was also very helpful in showing me the features of the model I purchased. My first time going to Gerhard’s on Roosevelt blvd to look for a new refrigerator. I was greeted by, Jordan Harris. He immediately helped me. He showed me what would fit in my space. He showed me an open box on the floor. He gave me the prices and printed out the two I was interested in. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He went out of his way to help me. I said I would like to think about my options. I called him and left a message saying I wanted to purchase a model. He immediately returned my call. I purchased the refrigerator over the phone!
