The service here is poor I paid for my dishwasher and hood range. On February 14th 2026 at the Tioga location. I was told to give them a call the day before I want my delivery and confirm a time and they will deliver it. In addition I did business with their partner. Who does cabinetry under the same location, so I ask If the dishwasher and hood range could be delivered with the cabinets 2/26/2028, I was told that they will give my things to the partner for the delivery and give me a call when it goes out to confirm that I'm home. The partner text me and said they did not give him my things.But he was on his way with my cabinets. Now it's Saturday, February, the 28th I called to inquire about my things. And what's told that they can have it delivered Tuesday when I stated, I can come to the store and pick it up. They stated it can be delivered Monday. I stated no worries. I can be on my way, they stated, It's already out on the truck and will be there today. The drive is 26 minutes, slightly less than two hours later. I received a call asking.What time would I like my delivery? So at that point I went to the store. They then gave me the runaround, nobody knew what I was talking about who I talked to.And then eventually confirmed the driver should have been to me.And that my things are out on delivery. They continue to say, they will contact the driver. Give him my number and have him give me a call. The woman in the office completely clueless to everything still trying to figure out where exactly my things are? And then told me that the owner will deliver it himself today or give me a refund. But if it's out on the truck, how will the owner deliver the appliances, it's a constant lies. So we went to the Erie location to pick up the things and it was not available. So we stayed at the store until the delivery got to the house. Hoping it's what we ordered because someone was there also giving a complaint for their delivery that she also haven't retrieved. Owner fast talker and try to talk over you and tell you what he going to do in disregard to the customers. Update delivered by a suv not a truck. Misunderstanding/miscommunication or just proof of the level of BS the owner was on just telling me anything. The owner literally laughed in my face saying ha ah you tried to save $70 on delivery like it was paid for two weeks prior. Horrible service. Furthermore flexing that he have 5 stores, as to say loosing business of a few don't matter to him... I'm Home now and the Hood Range has a missing button and is dented in both front end corners . Cost me $400 by the way to be expected to accept a scratch & dented product apparently.

My elderly mother purchased a washer that was several years old from Mr Kashif Ali the owner of A1 Appliance. She spent a total of over $700. When the washing machine was delivered it did not work. She called for several days before the company answered the phone. After a few weeks of the store hanging up on her they sold her another machine that did not fit into her doorway. I went to the store with her to have the refund her money and Mr Ali became argumentative and disrespectful to my 73 year old mother. The owner of A1 refused to refund her money so we informed him that we are forced to go to court. His response with a smile on his face was, “See you in court”. Be careful when doing business at A1 Appliances my experience with helping my mom was terrible. I would love to hear if any other customers have dealt with the same level of disrespect.
