UPDATE: 4/27/26 They called last week to offer me a cash settlement far less than my expenses. That should the first red flag. I said ok. I was told they would call by last Friday to arrange for pick up and to sign the agreement. I've emailed and called. No response. I paid my lawyer's retainer today and now this matter will be handled in small claims court.
I used to love this place. I recently bought a dishwasher that they installed. They forgot to connect a hose so every time I ran in water was seeping into my sub floor under my Brazilian hardwood. I've called 4 times and sent emails and pictures of the damages. I'm know working with my attorneys to file in small claims court. Highly do not recommend.
