REYES APPLIANCES III

This is my second time purchasing from here and I am Not pleased . I got a washer / dryer stackable everything was fine it goes out right Before warranty and I reach out for service . Nobody ever answers the phone and they have you waiting and never come to. Repair . Don’t waste your time or energy . Go to a more reputable place . How do you offer warranty but never answer the phone ?

Hello everyone, let me tell you about this place called Reyes appliances right I bought a fridge from Reyes appliances 1 week ago from today's date right and no problem for the first week okay Reyes appliances gives you a 90 day warranty okay cool no problem, okay know here comes the second week which was this past Monday 5/6/24 fridge starting leaking water at the bottom right okay no problem I have a warranty right I call on Tuesday 5/7/24 no one answer the phone ok so I go up there with my receipt and tell the lady Receptionist the same lady that I delt with to purchase the fridge that it is leaking water from the bottom right, okay the receptionist says okay no problem we can send someone out on Wednesday between 4-5 pm right okay cool......Noooooo Not cool because it's now thrusday 5/9/24 and this company is very very very unprofessional No one has shown up not answering the two numbers that this company uses on file .THIS IS A SERIOUS Situation.
