Aron and Liam just delivered and installed a fridge and range for me and wow - five stars, no notes! These guys were awesome. In particular, they encountered a small but frustrating issue related to space when trying to get the range installed. I wasn’t even certain there was a problem because they were so patient, focused and professional throughout the whole troubleshooting process. They stuck with it and finally got the range into place. My whole experience from start to finish was very pleasant. I walked into the store and a very busy day. At least 3 people greeted us and let us know that someone would be with us shortly. Calvin introduced himself and was very helpful with showing us our options based on the measurements we gave him. He made it very easy for us. We were then contacted by Leah to schedule/confirm our delivery. As expected, Drew & Antonio called to advise a time frame in which they will deliver the fridge. When they arrived they were polite and helpful with our questions. They measured the space and ensured that the install should go well. They were very helpful and gave us some tips on the wall that could potentially cause an issue. They showed us how easy it would be to move the fridge as needed. I’m so thankful for a smooth process from start to finish.

This is the second time standard tv and appliance went above and beyond for me. Our fridge had gone out, and needed a replacement quickly. We provided measurements and feature requests and the salesman emailed us over a few options. Wish I remember his name he was great. Nolan and Joshua installed two days later as they moved us up the list for the delivery asap. Did a great job installing it right where we needed, everything done right, and nothing damaged. Really incredible work, all?

We recently purchased a new stove from the Standard TV and appliance warehouse sale and then a new washer and dryer from their show room and they were delivered a week apart. The man who sold us the washer and dryer, I believe his name was Jose was great and very knowledgeable and helped us pick out a set that we love and feel confident will last many years (we went with an Electrolux 600 series set). The two men who did our deliveries were amazing. They hauled away our old washer and dryer from upstairs and installed the new set and went through the options and ran everything to make sure everything was working. Super nice guys. I know one of them is named Russell, but I can’t recall the other guys name. He is tall and has brown hair. They ended up coming back the following week to deliver our stove. It was nice seeing a friendly face again. They were probably the best delivery guys we’ve worked with. Everyone at Standard TV and appliance were so nice and easy to work with. We bought a new fridge last year during the warehouse sale and that experience was great as well. If we ever need new appliances, we’ll be going here.
