The knowledgeable and friendly staff at NW Natural Appliance Center helped us select the best fireplace insert and accessories for our needs and their customer service regarding ordering, shipping and payment was exemplary. The selection of fireplace styles was extensive and well displayed which helped us determine the right model/style for our home plus pricing was very competitive. As a result we also ordered a very nice fire table for our deck which we are equally happy with. We highly recommend NW Natural.

Purchased a fantastic grill here! Trevor was super helpful, friendly, and not at all pushy which I really appreciated. He seemed to know every spec of every appliance on the floor. We pretty much knew what we wanted coming in but he still walked us through all of our options and helped us special order extra accessories. Loving the food coming off of our new Napoleon! Would definitely recommend this place for any natural gas appliances.

Knew what I wanted and Christine was very good at walking me thru the process and setting up the installation. The pricing was 10-20% better than I found anywhere else plus Christine hooked me up with energy rebates. Changed my mind on some options fairly late in the process and NNG had no problem getting those changes in. Their installers, T&K Mechanical, were great - clean, professional and friendly and gave me a quick tutorial before leaving. A very easy, no surprises process that went exactly as my high expectations. Highly recommend.

I contacted NW Natural Appliance Center to determine if I could convert my manual gas fireplace to a remote control. The sales representative, Matthew Lansdon, confirmed that it was possible, and, we agreed on the Real Fyre Designer gas log set that would accommodate the electronics and still fill the space proportionally for an authentic look, not too crowded or too small. For installation, Matthew recommended Ray Holmes at Holmes Install Services. Ray Holmes arrived yesterday and did a beautiful installation - see photos. And just in time for the holidays! I am 100% satisfied with the excellent service provided by both NW Natural Appliance Center and Holmes Install Services.
