Family Gassman Appliance has been a trusted place for me for years. They've been around for a long time, and it’s easy to see why—they provide excellent service and quality products. I’ve been getting replacement refrigerators for my rental properties, Fir Haven and Jennifer Anne, and every time, the appliances are clean, work great, and are ready to go. On a few occasions, I’ve brought in fridges for repair, and they had them fixed before I even left the parking lot. Talk about fast and efficient service! I believe it was the owner I worked with—he was incredibly nice and even willing to make deals on some of the inventory, which I really appreciated. The pricing has always been fair, and the service keeps me coming back. I’m planning to purchase a stackable washer and dryer soon, and this will definitely be my first stop. I’m not sure if they offer financing, but that would be an amazing option if they do. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend Family Gassman Appliance for anyone looking for reliable appliances and friendly, honest service.

Our 20 year old dryer stopped heating yesterday afternoon. We looked at it, decided it was beyond our capabilities, so my husband called Octavio. He and his assistant came this morning, changed out the heating element quickly and professionally, showed me the broken coil on the element. He had me ensure everything was working correctly before he left. I am very pleased with his work. If we have anything else that needs repair, we will call Octavio again. He is a good man.

What a useless company. Not good experience. Two guys that came in looked at the fridge and said it’s broken buy a new one ( I don’t even know why you need two technicians when one was just standing not doing anything). Charged $129 for 4 minute service and they left. Never said anything about the diagnostics. The Two guy workers only just came into the house and made my wife super uncomfortable by getting close to her face. Never trust this place.

Beware! These reviews are for the old owners. We had the worst experience with this business. Bought a used dryer with 3 month warranty. The first time using it we noticed the timer did not work. So basically the dryer ran until you turned it off We let them know right away and a coulpe of days later they sent a repair guy out. They first tried to tell us it didn't work due to how our vent was placed. Well an hour later the repair guy told me it needs a new timer, but his boss told him to just go and pick us out a different used dryer and bring that instead of fixing the problem. Ok, so I just get what ever dryer you decide to pick out? Ok fine I am over it. He brings us a different used dryer, which wasn't even what I did wanted, hooks it up and I go out to look at it, I open the dryer door and the light bulb inside the dryer sparks and breaks inside the dryer. OMG I told him, I just want my money back. They did refund me that night. There's more but I will just say, They do not fix up there used appliances before they resell them! I can't image the new company being in busy long. Family applicance was great! We bought used appliances off them for years. Needless to say we just went to Lowes and for 200 more buck got a brand new dryer. You guys need to do better! The first clue to walk away should of been most of the used dryer's they had for sale, still had lint in them.
