Cory was familiar with the foreign EuroCave wine cooler and was able to rig up a temporary controller while I secure a replacement - which was clearly explained to me before scheduling the call. So I have a working wine cooler that will keep my wines from heat damage. Cory was also a delight to work with. He was very open about explaining what he was doing and clearly knew what he was doing.
