Cincinnati Appliance Parts

I recently called Cincinnati Appliance about a problem with our electric clothes dryer. The dryer was taking a longer time to dry the clothes than it normally did. I spoke to Eric first who put me in touch with Chris. I explained my situation to Chris. The first thing Chris said was, "It sounds like a dryer vent issue to me." I checked the dryer vent. Sure enough, the exterior louvers on the vent exit were stuck open. An animal had taken some leaves into the vent (nest building?) and some lint from the dryer combined with the leaves to partially block airflow. It was a two-minute fix to remove the vent blockage. The free advice from Cincinnati Appliance saved me hours of labor taking the dryer apart, looking for a thermostat or heating element problem. The dryer works perfectly now. Outstanding service - outstanding owner. 100% recommend for ALL your appliance needs - repair and parts. Story to follow: Our dryer would not start. I made a service call appointment and then decided we would just buy a new one and called to cancel the repair. The owner (Chris Schulte) called me personally and encouraged me to get this machine repaired. He realized I had some technical repair ability and shifted into technical expert mode - troubleshooting with me on the phone. He determined it was the timer and he had his team (Missy) get the part for me. It came the next day and I picked it up at the store. I had an issue in installation and called Chris and he graciously helped me again. Now the dryer is running again - and my wife is happy. Therefore I am happy. This is a well run business. I will advise all my friends to go here and you can be sure it is the only place I will go for appliance parts and repair. Thank you Chris!

Went in for parts for a DIY dryer repair and the staff at the desk were helpful getting me what I needed. For the repair questions, I called Chris, the owner, who also does repairs. He called me back, confirmed the right parts, and gave me some tips. Really appreciate a business who takes the time to help a DIY customer instead of pushing toward a service call.
