Big Sandy Superstore - Cincinnati

Lots of choices but we knew the couch that we wanted. My sister just purchased the same one and we loved it. Brian O greeted us at the door and was able to help us order the couch recliner. The day we purchased it it was on sale plus we got an extra 18% employee discount. This was our first trip here and we will definitely be back for future furniture needs.

Had the best shopping experience!!! Ames is the best! She is not just about the sale, she listens to what you’re looking for. She isn’t a pushy sales person. We were shopping for sectional living room furniture and appliance; She didn’t rush us, she’s very informative. You can tell she knows her stuff and I really appreciate that if she didn’t know something she was willing to find out. Definitely recommend asking for Ames at the new Florence,KY location for the best shopping experience!!!

I was informed of my delivery and could use a map to follow the truck. The delivery people were polite and very efficient. They installed the new washer and took away the old. They were in and out in no time and informed me of the workings of the washing machine and the water leak detector. Well I’ve used the new Speed Queen washer. It’s working great! Thanks to Taylor the sales rep at the Cincinnati Big Sandy Superstore, who recommended the washer.

We had a wonderful shopping experience at Big Sandy Superstore with Bill, our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and took his time and even looked online to find what we were looking for when it was no longer in stock at his location. Thank you again Bill. It was great meeting you. We will definitely recommend this store and Bill as a rep. You guys are great.

Mellissa helped me find a great deal for a beautiful couch. She anticipated my needs, and I would recommend her, or the Big Sandy to anyone looking for any home furnishing needs! Update: my couch has been delivered. The 2 men who helped deliver my couch were amazing! They were very efficient, and very positive throughout the whole experience. My apartment is very tight for parking and getting it in (up 3 flight of stairs). Could not have asked for a better delivery team.
