Day's Appliance, the entire team, including owner George Day, provided me exceptional service today well above and beyond what you normally see these days. I had an issue with a power cord for my vacuum cleaner that I thought was going to cost me a $500 replacement. George Day personally addressed my issue and resolved things quickly. An extremely kind and knowledgeable man. I've used Day's Appliance for over 20 years for refrigerator and washing machine repairs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thanks George and team!

The tech, Chris, was excellent. He was honest, tested everything, and told us all our options. We decided to replace the refrigerator. So Chris pursued getting us a refund for the work he did so far. He also did some work to make sure that our garage refrigerator and freezer units are working properly. We appreciate everything Chris did. We plan to use Day Appliance again as needed in the future.

I had actually had a different company out first to try to fix my ice maker on my refrigerator, only to be told they could not work on that model. Justin on the other hand, was completely qualified and clearly was experienced. He had no qualms working on this model. I was grateful to have great communication from Day's regarding my appointment. Everything went so smoothly! Sadly, that is usually not the case anymore! (Like giving a company your fridge model, waiting on the day of the appointment, only to have them arrive and say they can not work on that model. So frustrating and truly surprising!).
