We’ve used Don Bacon Appliance Service for years on both our new and older appliances, and they continue to impress us with their professionalism, responsiveness, and honesty. We’ve worked with several technicians over the years, and every experience has been excellent. Most recently, Dan — their Sub-Zero specialist — was absolutely fantastic. Knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely thorough. Highly recommend Don Bacon for service on any appliance!

Overly pleased with Don Bacon appliance repair. We had an issue with another company and Don Bacon’s came out quickly and resolved my issue. Service was very reasonably priced and excellent service. Will definitely use again if needed.

So grateful for having this Refrigerator repaired! The woman who scheduled the visit was informative, friendly and answered my questions patiently. Ian, the service tech, communicated schedules and expectations, kept the work area clean and completed the work promptly.

WOW!! This Company is One of A Kind. They are Courteous, Fast and Attention to Detail. This is the best call I have ever made and I am so thankful for their Staff, and Drew who came out swiftly and took care of my Whirlpool Washer Needs. Just absolute incredible experience. I highly recommend calling them for all your Appliance Needs. They Truly Are Just Incredible!!
