Slager Appliances

We honestly have NEVER had such great customer service from an appliance store in our lives, and we have purchased a LOT of appliances through the years from many different stores and businesses. From the first phone call in Dubuque, through the purchase process and through the delivery and installation was a rare pleasure to say the least. The salesperson, Cecilia, at our local Dubuque store was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely easy to work with. Top notch job by her. After payment, the store kept us updated on the delivery times and how long before the delivery crew arrived, which gave us time to get the stove pulled out and cabinets emptied so the crew could install the above the range microwave. Honestly, Slager's delivery and installation crew, Damian and his helper, were the BEST EVER. Extremely courteous, personable, and the most professional guys we have ever experienced in our appliance purchases. Best of all, THEY TOOK THE OLD MICROWAVE DOWN AND HAD THE NEW ONE COMPLETELY INSTALLED IN 15 MINUTES. BLEW US AWAY AT HOW THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. PROFESSIONAL PLUS. My wife Linda and I talked about how great the whole experience was, and it was a real treat to FINALLY have something like this happen with no problems from beginning to start. We are not affiliated with Slager and this has been an honest customer review by us.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company (specifically the Dubuque branch). From start to finish, every staff member I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and (most importantly) kind. From the staff at the show room, technicians, and installers - all of them were fantastic. We’ll be switching out all of our appliances with Slager products over time. Very happy customers!!
