It sure was the good fortune to move to the Peosta area and find an appliance store that lives up to our Mom and Pop store we were accustomed to in Waverly where we are moving from. Real good prices and the gentlemen that did the install were the best. Definitely be going back for appliances or a new grill in the future.

I have purchased 5 appliances from Dubuque Appliance.They are all helpful, knowledgeable and want to help you locate exactly what you want. They call when they said they would. Repairs are handled easily and the crews who come to do the installation are friendly, thorough and know what they are doing. Haven’t had even a small complaint. No reason to go anywhere else.

I received my new microwave today from Dubuque Appliance. Thank you very much! They were wonderful to me. Jordan and Cory were the 2 delivery men. They were very friendly and very careful to not damage anything like when coming through a doorway. They took their time. They also cleaned up after the installation. Great experience. After running around all day trying to find a fridge to fit in a kitchen, decided to stop here. Dalton was exceptionally kind and helpful, in finding me what I needed. His price was great and it had a 2 year warranty on parts and labor vs 1 year everywhere else. I needed it delivered today, as my elderly parents woke up to theirs not working. He said they were booked up until Monday but offered to deliver it himself once he got off. Now that’s what I call superior service and with a great smile, no less. From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by a knowledgeable salesman, he was knowledgeable and very helpful. I made my purchase of a washer and dryer and was scheduled for delivery the same week! The two young men that delivered were, friendly, respectful and professional! Highly recommend Dubuque Appliance!
