1st buy was a refrigerator and book shelf, great buy no complaints. 2nd was a light fixture - when we started to install, the main part of the fixture was missing. Called the store and product is sold as is. Suggestion to anyone purchasing product in box, make sure box is opened and all components and instructions are inside and no damage to item. We ended up ordering a new light fixture through Lowes. Update: phone call was placed to Stus about light fixtures and we were informed product was sold as is no returns and to contact the manufacturer for replacement parts. Do not make things up to make yourself sound better. I was just informing future customers to watch what they get and to make sure they are not wasting there hard earned money.
