I went in looking for a comfy recliner that rocked. I sat in a few then finally found the perfect one and it swiveled. I was excited. Taco and Aaron assisted with the financing. I got approved! The guys told me how to put the back of the recliner back on since I had my SUV. Guys in the back loaded it for me. Both great guys. Very helpful. Super good experience. Store is clean and has such amazing furniture. Will 100% go back.

I purchased an upright garage ready deep freezer in September 2025. Less than 1 year after owning it, it quit working. When I called and informed the store they told me it was under warranty and supplied me with the information to file a claim. I had to pay the warranty company to send someone to look at it to only have them deny the claim to repair it. While my initial interaction at the store was good, the product they sold was not. In the future I won't be buying from discount stores.

1st buy was a refrigerator and book shelf, great buy no complaints. 2nd was a light fixture - when we started to install, the main part of the fixture was missing. Called the store and product is sold as is. Suggestion to anyone purchasing product in box, make sure box is opened and all components and instructions are inside and no damage to item. We ended up ordering a new light fixture through Lowes. Update: phone call was placed to Stus about light fixtures and we were informed product was sold as is no returns and to contact the manufacturer for replacement parts. Do not make things up to make yourself sound better. I was just informing future customers to watch what they get and to make sure they are not wasting there hard earned money.
