My experience with Gateway was excellent - outstanding. I had not needed to purchase an appliance for 15 years and I am sorry to say apppliances are not made like they used to be. This review is not about the product. This review is to address the exceptional service that was provided by Mitchell, Collin and Kristina. I was unhappy with my purchase and these people offered me every possibility to make it right. I could exchange or return it. In the 2 months it took decide what I would do, I was provided with courteous and polite phone calls and service calls to my house, an hour way, and professional information the 2 times I went to the store. One can purchase a name brand appliance at a lot of places. For me the service from a store is most important. In addition, the spacious store had a very large selection of brands and styles on hand as well as the ability to order a product. I will definitely recommend Gateway to others and will return myself if I need to replace anythng else. My sincere thanks for your cooperation, pleasant assistance and making me feel like I was not being a problem even as a changed my mind several times.
