Dimitriy was professional and courteous. He diagnosed why my side by siderefrigerator/freezer was not working including the water filtration/ice maker. When he opened it up he showed me how the motor fan wasn’t working. The part was ordered immediately and his response time the next day. I was emailed the estimate to sign that day. He returned promptly at my scheduled time, made the replacement and everything started working again. He also gave me some tips on how to keep my frig maintained so everything runs well. I will recommend him to my contractor friends as a reputable source.

Terrible experience! The technician who came had very poor English and absolutely zero knowledge of what to do. He just spent his time calling someone else for instructions. In the end, he didn't even perform a proper refrigerator diagnosis, charged me $70 for the service call, and then sent me an $800 estimate anyway. I have absolutely zero confidence in the "professionals" at this company. Total waste of time and money.

Dave came over within 2 hours of my call. He provided an estimate on the spot, then ordered the part. It arrived in less than 72 hours! Then he did the repair of broken glass on the oven door efficiently and cleaned everything. I had thought the whole door might need to be replaced. I cannot recommend Appliance Repair highly enough. If any appliance needs help I would happily call on them again.
