Arnold's Appliance· 14404 NE 20th St Ste 100

Purchased a new dishwasher and 2 guys came for delivery. Their txt updates for delivery time was pretty accurate and any changes or updates made was communicated right away. One guy worked on installation and he made sure I understood what he would do to complete installation before he worked on it. Whole delivery to installation was smooth and fairly quick. Didn’t leave any mess behind. I am happy with whole experience with this company.

The installation of our new dryer went very smoothly. The skilled team made small adjustments to fit it into a very small space with the existing washer and reversed the hinge on the dryer door. They reinstalled the folding closet doors to operate more smoothly than before. They were professional, friendly and it was a surprisingly quiet operation!

Wow!!! What a great experience! My husband and I have never shopped for a fridge or washer and dryer before. We just bought a new house and heard this place got great selections. Meghan was helping us and she is so knowledgeable and so friendly. We got a whirlpool floor model fridge and it was a great deal. No damage or scratches. What a great price. She even gave us free detergent when we left. We are so happy with our experience! Will recommend everyone here!

We purchased all our kitchen appliances from Arnold’s Appliance for our kitchen remodel, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Ryan, our sales consultant, was fantastic to work with — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He knows the products inside and out and made the selection process incredibly easy. His suggestions were thoughtful and practical, and he helped us choose appliances that fit our needs perfectly. We also appreciated their flexible payment options, which were tailored to our situation without any hassle. Delivery and installation were where Arnold’s really went above and beyond. They were extremely accommodating with our remodel timeline: delivering the appliances early so our contractor could measure and plan, then returning for a second trip to complete the installation once the space was ready. Everything was installed smoothly, and the appliances both look and perform great. Overall, Arnold’s Appliance made this part of our remodel stress free. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for great products, knowledgeable staff, and exceptional service.
