Miele Experience Center Seattle

FANTASTIC Appliances & Customer Service and Support!!! My husband and I are new to Miele appliances and we cannot rave enough about our Miele products and ESPECIALLY the customer service/support we continue to receive at the Miele Experience Center in Seattle-Bellevue. If we could give 10 stars, we would! We love their classes for the Combi-Steam oven and have attended 2 beginner classes so far and slated for a 3rd class in September. Each time we attend, we learn something new to take home and practice and experiment. The staff at the Miele Experience Center is patient, kind and amazing. Because of their teaching, the staff has given us the confidence to use and experiment with the combi-steam oven. And the staff, especially our contact Gabriele (!), has helped us through so much more than the oven. When we showed Gabriele photos of an issue we had with cooking pancakes recently, without hesitation she invited us in to make pancakes to ensure that nothing was wrong with our induction cook top before the warranty period expired. Upon arrival, she remembered that we had expressed interest in the coffee maker and made each of us a latte. The coffee was so smooth and creamy. We cannot express enough how supportive the Miele Experience Center and staff have been for us. We drive almost an hour in traffic to the Center because it is well worth it. The only thing missing? A Miele Experience Center in the northern Seattle suburbs! 😉

The Miele Experience Center is such a valuable resource when looking for new appliances. You get to see, touch, and in many instances actually use the appliance. The staff knows the products inside and out, and are super helpful. On our kitchen remodel, Gabriele helped us sort through the myriad of choices, and also actually found a design flaw in our kitchen plan concerning the location of an appliance. New appliances are a big investment, and the Miele Experience Center staff helps you select the right ones for you. Way more helpful than visiting a big box store.

I had the most amazing experience last night at the Inro to Combi-Steam Cooking class. I had no idea that there was so much the oven would do and how simple it would be, even for this non-cook. The food was unbelievable and the team did an incredible job of cooking, teaching, and answering many technical questions from current owners, new owners, and those still deciding. I am so grateful that I own one of these combi-steam ovens now that I understand the full range of its capabilities. If you can't take the class in person, at least sign up for an online session. I plan to do that just to review again the vast material we covered last night. Great job, Seattle Miele Experience Team!

We came here for an in-person demo of the Miele appliances and the experience was simply AMAZING! Sarah and Jennifer were very knowledgable of their products, and we had a great time learning about Miele’s kitchen equipment. They even had their chef made a full lunch for us to help us understand the differences Miele’s technologies can make in bringing out the best in recipes and various cooking methods! Incredible experience and I can’t wait to bring my friends and families, and clients to try and learn more about Miele products in the future!

I have nothing but great things to say about the Miele experience center in Seattle. We first visited in March 2023. Gabrielle greeted us and the rest is history! We originally went just to look at the steam oven. Gabrielle of course assisted us and answered all of our questions. We were so impressed we ended up asking about other appliances and ended up buying all of our kitchen appliances and washer and dryer through her. We even splurged on a coffee machine! Gabrielle discerned our needs and steered us to the perfect model in each category. Due to our long list of appliances we have had many emails and phone calls going back and forth. Gabrielle has always been ready to help and quick to answer. She has taken care of every need and issue for us with patience, competency, professionalism and cheerfulness. More recently she signed us up for one of the steam oven classes which we found to be very helpful. In total we bought a steam oven, A convection oven, Dishwasher, Gas Range top, under cabinet range hood, built in tower refrigerator and freezer, the built in coffee system and washer and dryer. I cannot recommend Gabrielle and this experience center highly enough! We are so happy with the way our kitchen turned out! Thanks again.
