we bought a refrigerator in september and it has stopped cooling 8 times in the 5 months we’ve owned it. each time we call the guy who owns and runs this place, he comes out and doesn’t tell us what is wrong with the fridge. i doubt he even knows. he manually defrosts it and replaces some parts without letting us know exactly what he is doing then he leaves and the fridge breaks again. there is no return or exchange policy, overall i regret this investment and advise you to go elsewhere. UPDATE: we got a real technician to take a look at it and he found a hole drilled in the back and wiring that creates a FIRE HAZARD. he said we are lucky that it didn’t catch fire.
