William's Appliances Outlet Conroe

Our garage refrigerator went out last weekend. Kris Kelly has been our appliance repair person for years and said it was not worth fixing. I asked about Williams on Honea Egypt as I saw them when I drove past one day. He highly recommended them. When I called and spoke to Sue, she was very nice and told her I wanted a GE. She did a face time and showed me one they had just gotten in. I purchased it over the phone and had it delivered the next day. It came with a one year warranty from them as well as a GE warranty. Jorge, who did the delivery was also very professional and kind. Our experience with Williams was fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend them.

After finding them on a Google search and seeing that they even had a website, I was very surprised to show up and it just be an open warehouse. Although the selection was moderate, they had what we wanted and they even price matched the fridge we saw at the Lowe's Outlet. The lady was super accommodating and we were in and out in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them and would suggest that you ignore the bad reviews, as I'm sure they are just competitors posting false reviews. This was an amazing experience and we walked out with a BRAND NEW $3K Samsung fridge for under $1600. We are telling everyone we know about this place and we will be back!
