My experience with 5 Star Appliances was absolutely wonderful from the time I met both Alexa and DJ. They both provided me excellent customer service and were very detailed and knowledgeable about the product I was looking for. I was confident that I was at the right store to purchase my brand new refrigerator. My delivery experience with both Hector and Daniel was fantastic. These guys from start to finish of their delivery & installation was exceptional. They were polite, professional and shook my hand and thank me for my business. If I can give them more than 5 stars i would. I totally recommend them to others customers. Thank you Alexa, DJ, Hector and Daniel

Great experience from start to finish! We just got a washer and dryer, and the whole process was smooth and easy. Pricing was reasonable, delivery was quick, and installation was handled professionally. Big thanks to everyone who helped make everything so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

5 Star Appliances is off the chain! Stupendous professional customer service. Beating everyone in town hands down. I have visited four other places in town and no one could come near the prices nor the customer service satisfaction that I received here. I called and spoke with Alexa late evening told her what I was looking for. Alexa took the time to share photos with me of the inventory over the phone and the products of my dreams delivered to me that next morning. Wow five star appliances keep up the good work! I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
