I bought a washer/dryer and fridge from Big H and have been very pleased with mu purchases. My problem is with the service afterwards. I am having a small issue either the freezer and have called several times. I know it's out of warranty and I need to pay for any repairs. Big H says I will call you back but never has. When I called back today was told I am expecting him any moment. Here it is 5:35 and no call back. I bought a stove from his dad years ago but I will never buy another item from here.
