Great informative owner! We bought a new washer and was the same price as the exact model at Lowes but better customer service!! Buy local!

Me and my family had made one of the greatest finds going to this place!!! Food was phenomenal, though it is not great on the outside it is the character that matters. It only proves the truism "Don't judge a book by the cover" Highly recommend!!!

Do not buy from this place. I bought a brand-new Whirlpool washer and dryer from them in May 2022, 2 days after having the dryer I called them and told them they dryer did not seem to get hot enough and that I was having to go through 2 full cycles to get my clothes dry. The older gentlemen that I spoke with tried to give me a million excuses over the phone, but I finally got him to send someone out to look at the dryer. The guy that came out told me nothing was wrong and gave me more excuses... for 2 years I have had issues and the dryer never got very hot and it always took two cycles to dry things. A week ago, the dryer stopped getting even the slightest bit warm, called a guy to fix it and some motor thing went out, we asked him could this have been an issue right from the beginning and he said yes, it for sure could have been an issue right from the beginning. He replaced what needed replacing and this dryer gets hotter than it EVER has and finally I can dry my clothes in only ONE cycle. The older man that works at Jordan's will blow smoke up your butt, not listen, over talk you and is just outright rude. Never again will I do business with Jordan's and I hate saying that because I wanted to support a small business and why I went to them to begin with. Get it together Jordans, your lack of concern and your negligence cost me 400.00 and cost you a customer.

I have known the Jordans for years. Very nice family. A very family-owned business. A very good place to buy appliances and other items. They have now a place to have breakfast and lunch. But have not eating there yet. But I sure will one of these days. Very helpful and considerate when you're are in their business looking for something. Matter of fact I was there just today.

I ordered a freezer in which I expected within the next couple of weeks since he billed my credit card. When I received the bill and did not have the freezer, I called the store to get an update, and he did now allow me to get a word in, so I sat patiently while he smarted me off (telling me he can just refund my money because he knew several others who could buy the freezer etc...) so I sat quietly to allow him to finish ranting...and then I heard a dial tone. Needless to say, I complained to Discover Card, and has requested a refund. I have never been treated like this by a company. The conversation would have gone differently had he allowed me to voice my concern over making a credit card payment over something that was not yet in my possession. If the company is trustworthy, I probably wouldn't mind, but his unprofessional behavior led me to believe otherwise.
