I have a Dons TV credit card issued thru Wells Fargo that I've never used. Looked at their site, selected a TV I wanted, called the store and requested delivery and installation on Monday morning. Five minutes later I get a receipt linked to my credit card, electronic signature to my email. Done deal!! Saved me a trip to Tyler, That's the way I like to shop. Five stars for Don's TX and Appliances in Tyler. Great place to do business.

We have recently purchased several appliances and are happy that Don’s was recommended to us. We have found the sales staff to be friendly and helpful, and the same holds true for installation, service, and office staff. The only issue we encountered was communication regarding a stove/range that was ordered incorrectly. After having been told it would be a month, we inquired after not hearing anything, only to find it would be another month. We ended up purchasing a different model that was in stock and it was installed in three days. We will certainly be back, but we could’ve had our new appliance much sooner had the communication been better. Aside from this issue, the overall experience would definitely be deserving of a five star rating.
