Outstanding business. I will be buying from Adam's again. I bought two recliners and a love-seat with a fold-out bed. Everything arrived timely and the delivery guys are excellent. I wound up having a defect with one of the recliners, through no fault of Adam's, and they quickly received a new one in from the Dallas warehouse and delivered and swapped it out with zero hassle or fees. That is a good business model as I will most definitely be back for a new washer and dryer. It not very often that you can purchase from a furniture store and have complete faith that if something is wrong that they will make it right; and they absolutely did. I would recommend Adam's over any other furniture store in Tyler, and I have been to them all. Very happy customer here.

Had a great experience today purchasing an appliance. The sales staff helped me get through the transaction in a breeze. I was able to set up an interest free payment plan in minutes. They were professional, courteous and we were able to complete without any hassle. Adam's is five star. Can't say enough about them. So very glad I found them.

Jake communicated with me regularly and kept me up to date on the status of my order. It arrived today and I am doing my first load of clothes in it. I could not be happier! And I am very grateful for the excellent customer service I received during this process!
