I placed an order and when it came to delivery the workers were so rude lol all I needed was a delivery date, or a ball park and they just keep saying they don’t know they don’t have a schedule, which is an odd way to run a business where they deliver the product. I can’t imagine being told to put my life on hold for a delivery, which is you’re unavailable they will charge an additional $75 … I requested a refund and they were just as rude claiming they’ll put it on their schedule , the schedule they claim not to have.. make that make sense , I went with appliance warehouse, much more affordable, they were kind and super efficient and even provided delivery on the day I needed it.

I had been using their services for a few years now, and I can confidently say that they're services are the best. After trying to do more loads than I needed a few times they were a message or a call away to help with their free maintain services. And if the problem required them to take back machines, they had another ready for immediate replacement. And the prices for their services? Very affordable! I cannot stress enough about how GREAT these services are! Highly recommended if you need a washer/dryer for rental. My only real complaint is to my old apartment complex not making it easy for them to install or remove them since I have to take down the balcony sliding doors everytime haha.
