Everything was easy and convenient. We had the service about 2.5 years and never experienced any issues with the washer/dryer we rented. After setting up the account they came quickly and installed everything for us. Monthly renewal happens automatically and I never had to do anything extra. I would recommend this service if you are looking to rent appliances in Austin!
