New kitchen, I bought all my new appliances from Amir at Austin Appliance Club. His prices were the absolute best, and I did my research; I checked the manufacturer directly, big box stores, and even a reseller in Dallas and New Jersey. I was considering buying from the reseller in Jersey because they had what looked like a better rebate, but I asked Amir, he did some digging and showed me the data -- well let me tell you, he saved me from being scammed. While my new kitchen was being installed, we realized that the vent hood I chose was too low. Amir helped me fix that problem. When I had specific questions about the appliances and how to color match the faucets, he contacted the rep on my behalf. All this is after the check cleared, he still went above and beyond for me. Really, amazing service. He always answers the phone or responds to texts and emails. Always with a smile Always super helpful. I used to be a Costco and Costco.com devotee, I thought I was always getting the best deal and the best service. Turns out this place got them beat. I will recommend Amir and Austin appliances club to anyone who needs appliances.

Visited a couple of the chain home improvement stores with special holiday pricing, but the special pricing only applied if I bought both a washer AND dryer. I found the washer my wife wanted at Appliances Club and with Amir’s help, I completed the purchase and was on my way home in less than 20 minutes. Saul delivered it today. He was efficiently professional and had the old unit loaded on his truck and our new unit installed and operating in less than 30 minutes. These folks are professional, efficient, and friendly. I recommend you skip the big box stores and go directly to Appliances Club of Austin.

We had the best experience with Amir, Sam, and the delivery staff from Appliances Club Austin. We walked into the store 15 minutes before closing time on a holiday weekend. I would have expected to be rushed out, but both Amir and Sam stayed well past closing time to answer our questions and discuss possible solutions to our issues. Not only that, but they managed to get us a special order Speed Queen washer within 5 weeks, and other appliance stores indicated it would be 3 months or more. The delivery guys were not only careful in maneuvering past some tight doorways but also punctual and cleaned up behind themselves. Very thorough, and personable, too. We are so pleased with our Midea fridge/freezer and Speed Queen washer and dryer. I’m sure we’ll make the trek up north again for future appliance needs, as their store had some solid brands beautiful options. Thanks again!

Cannot say enough good things about Appliances Club, Amir and his team have always taken such good care of us. Whenever we need to replace our appliances, he’s my first call. The prices are so reasonable and the service is outstanding. From assistance on the floor, to installation and follow up, so responsive, friendly and capable. Highly recommend!!!

Amir is absolutely wonderful! So very helpful, informative and patient with all of my questions. Took time to get me information and pricing for various models until I was able to land on the perfect set for my needs. Highly recommend! You’d be silly to go anywhere else for your appliance needs except here at Appliances Club and be sure to ask for Amir!
