Neu Appliance - Outlet

Lux and Mark delivered our refurbished washer and dryer set. They let us know they were on the way and worked efficiently to get the new ones installed and hauled off the old. They even cleaned up behind the old ones before placing the new ones! We are very happy with their service. Dilan was our sales person in the store, and he was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right appliances for our needs.

John and Jason did an amazing job with our refrigerator! From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process incredibly easy. They took great care while working in our home, made sure everything was installed and working properly, and were just genuinely great people to deal with. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Huge thank you to the whole team — definitely a 5-star experience!

Wow! Scott was absolutely fantastic! He installed our dryer quickly and professionally and truly went over and beyond from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly communicated thoroughly throughout the process work efficiently, and left everything spotless when he was finished. I was so impressed with his service I offered him a cash tip, but he graciously declined and simply asked that I leave a review for the company and his service instead. That alone says a lot about his professionalism and character. Scott is exactly the kind of person you hope shows up when you schedule an appointment. Knowledgeable, dependable, courteous, clean, genuinely committed to doing a great job. He made the entire experience stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Neu Appliances and Scott to anyone, exceptional service from beginning to end. Thank you so very much.

Excellent service from Neu Appliance Outlet! Their technicians, Mark and Lux, arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and made quick work of removing our old fridge and installing the new one. They took care to protect our floors, made sure everything was level and running properly before they left, and even walked us through a few tips for the new unit. Cleanup was spotless — you'd never know a big appliance swap had just happened. Would absolutely recommend Neu Appliance Outlet, Mark, and Lux to anyone needing appliance installation done right!
