This place was amazing. George sold me a washer dryer set. They delivered it and took my old washer dryer with no issues. They said that it was way easier than they were expecting as I have a split lvl house and the laundry room is downstairs. My kids and I cleared the whole laundry room to make sure they had the room to get in and out with ease. The team was awesome! Thank you!

Purchased a washer and dryer set in July of 2025. Not even 9 months later and the bearings have gone out on the dryer and its costing me almost as much as I paid for the dryer to fix it! I thought buying refurbished meant that they would have replaced parts and made it like new. Guess I was wrong. Learned a lesson on where I shouldnt buy used appliances from

I went to go pick up a refrigerator and the guy told me that his truck was not running and it was done for the day and then he told me that if I wanted it today that he could just drop it off and leave it in the front of my house. He knew that there was no way I was going to be able to get the refrigerator inside of my house by myself because I had to go upstairs to get it into my house, possibly take off the doors (which had to be done) and then hook it up to the water, which that consists of going under my house to turn off the water supply. Plus the water dispenser doesn't even work! He charged me $629 From $679 with free delivery, just dropping the fridge off in front of my house all because he didn't want to "break his promise" to his kids to be home when they got home from school at 3:30pm. (When i looked at the clock it was only 2pm!) When he arrived at my house at 2:30pm, he had another man with him! Both of the men could have taken it in the house for me, that would have taken another 3 minutes at the most! (The dairy lid in the fridge is missing) And he raved on how much of "a BEAUTY" the fridge was! Its not. At this point in shopping for a fridge i gave in and he took advantage of the situation and me. I sure hope that this man is a better father than he is a businessman. When a customer comes to your place of business you don't lead with how your delivery truck is done for the day and then change your mind and you definitely don't use your kids as an excuse to get out of doing a service (that you provide and advertise for) for a customer in the middle of the day! My experience with this store was horrible from the second I walked in! And he didn't even take my old fridge! Very poor customer service and not professional at all!! I would give this a zero if I could.

I've been here a few times. I work for an interim housing company with multiple houses. Consistently I've found Kaady's appliances to be fair with pricing and genuinely knowledgeable about what they are selling. My companie's appliances see a lot of use and abuse, so we need durable and reliable appliances. Kaady's is always the first place I stop, and usually the only place I stop when needing to replace an appliance.
