I would leave a zero star review if I could. Horrible customer service. I placed an online order for in store pick up. We received no communication about the order after that. Multiple phone calls and voicemails inquiring about the order and pick up availability went unanswered. Emails inquiring about the order also went unanswered. Often nobody even answered the phone. When people did answer they had no useful information about the order. When we finally received the order we unfortunately needed to return it. Not surprisingly that was again a horrible customer service experience. I would never order anything from this company again.

I love this store, I've bought a fridge here, a washer and dryer here and things have been great. I am now redoing my kitchen and am in need of a new dishwasher so my boyfriend and I stopped in to look at the options. One of the sales reps came over and asked what we were doing there and my boyfriend said we were just out browsing and he said "browsing for appliances? That's weird." My boyfriend responded with well we need a new dishwasher and the guy just sort of dismissed us and walked away, like we were weird for being there and an inconvenience.

Very Attentive… Up to Your Payment. Ordered an $1,800 dishwasher, first in what we hoped would be a series of purchases for a full appliance kitchen remodel. We were told it would arrive within two weeks — great, we paid and waited. Two weeks later… no dishwasher, no call. We called and were told it was “loaded and on the way.” Another week passes — no update. I call again and am told, “Your sales rep is on paternity leave; I’ll email him.” Excuse me? No one else can tell me where my order is? Apparently not. Two more weeks go by, and finally we’re told the dishwasher is ready for pickup — at the Lake Oswego store. We show up… nope, it’s not there. It’s sitting in Portland at their Highway 30 outlet. This was supposed to be our first of many purchases for a full kitchen remodel. After this experience, the remaining $20,000 of our remodel budget will be spent elsewhere. No follow-up, no accountability, and absolutely zero customer service once they have your payment. Calls go unanswered, updates never come, and the staff couldn’t be less helpful or apologetic. Do not do business with this company. Go elsewhere. 10 out of 10 will never recommend.
