The team at Don's Maytag saved the day today! The refrigerator in our office went out and we were at risk of losing a lot of food and the found us a replacement for a reasonable price and then delivered and installed it and hauled away the broken one. The customer service is top-notch and I feel so good that if anything goes wrong I have a locally owned company to support me! I highly recommend Don's Maytag!!!

Every employee was super helpful!! My dryer stopped heating and I called to ask if they had a heating element in stock. The first lady was wonderful and ran me through diagnostics and possibilities before replacing the heating element. I tried all of that and ended up having to replace the heating element, Which they had in stock! After replacing the heating element, my dryer wasn’t getting hot, just warm. I called back to ask if they had a thermostat and the gentleman then ran me through other diagnostics and possibilities that it could be , it ended up being the vent in the back was clogged!! which probably made the heating element go out in the first place! Their friendliness and knowledge was so greatly appreciated!
