We went in after our 4-year-old washer died, (we did not buy it from here) and were pleasantly surprised to have found someone as helpful as Pete. We decided not to go to a big box store because last time we went it was kind of a nightmare. Pete was very helpful and he searched information about the models that we were looking at and even looked to see if there were some other models at other stores. When we were ready to buy he was very straightforward and got the delivery and installation all set up. The guys delivering and installing the washer and dryer were a fantastic and professional and even helped move the door on the dryer. I would definitely recommend Kelly's over any of the big box stores. They even offer warranties which is very helpful and very straightforward. He said if you ever have a warranty issue you call the store, not the warranty company, and they will deal with it.

Good prices, horrible service. The sale isn’t over until the product is delivered and the customer is satisfied. Get a call the delivery truck is on the way at 8:38am. Then a call 10 minutes later that they don’t even have the washer and dryer on the truck. Then I’m guaranteed to be at my house by 11:45. 11:45 no truck. Call the sales rep and he guaranteed me they were “right around the corner”. They arrive at 12:30. Waste of a day. I should charge Kelly’s for my time. I won’t buy another item from this company.

We went to the grand opening of the new store by Delta Highway. We got a fantastic deal on a grand opening Memorial Day weekend sale. I don’t like to be pressured by sales people so when we were approached after we walked in the door, I politely said we’re just looking around for now and the sales person was so nice and said he’s there to help when we need him. We went back to the same guy once we made our decision There was no BS and he didn’t try to sell us more than what we needed, and he was kind, polite, and efficient It was a good experience. Hassle free, good selection and a screaming deal. We took home a new range.

All around fantastic experience. Went to the new location and was promptly greeted by a very knowledgeable young lady. We came looking for a dryer and she helped us pick what we wanted and ensured it was already in stock locally. Our appointment was set for just a few days later. Communications about delivery were excellent including several updates the morning of and a call from the driver. Installation was quick and the delivery guys were friendly and knowledgeable. Happy we supported a local business. We will definitely be back.
