I had the best experience at Kelly’s. I dealt with Pete for my purchase. He was outstanding I have never spent this kind of money on an appliance and had so much fun. This is not a fun purchase it was essential. Buying a boat, now that is a fun purchase. The install team did a fabulous job. The next day I called and spoke with Cody. Another great dude he answered all my question. Next time I need an appliance I will do a little research and head straight to Kelly’s to talk with Pete.

We were looking for a refrigerator and a garage freezer. Tina had us sold on a refrigerator with the ice maker in the freezer (instead of on the outside of the door types.) It just so happened that Tina had a house with the same model at some point,and had a good experience with it. The delivery guys were quick,professional,and overall were excellent at installing. I would highly recommend Kelly's to anyone looking for appliances.

Mark and Moises exceeeded expectations in delivering my range. Very happy with Kelly’s Appliance employees. Crystal in sales was very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. Ordered appliance on Saturday and took delivery the following Tuesday in Florence! I will be going to Kelly’s for all my appliances in the future.

Communication was very clear all the way from start to finish and the delivery crew was very professional. They took extra care to make sure my home wouldn't be damaged while bringing in the new range. Kelly's has the best staff.

I highly recommend Kelly’s Appliances! Picking out our new hallway refrigerator was super fast. The delivery date was only three days out. I was given a delivery time the day before delivery of 9:15 am to 1:15 pm. No waiting all day wondering when they would come! Try that anywhere else. Not happening! It will be a 7am to 7 pm delivery range, it will be two weeks out if you have a specific day you need to have, and you may just get bumped from the route! 😡 There were many new appliances to choose from and the prices were very reasonable. A plus for me, a 5yr warranty I had the option to purchase. We’ve had such bad luck with new appliances that the warranty gave me peace of mind. This is a five star business and I can’t recommend them more! I will be back when my trash washing machine and even more garbage electric stove finally break down for good.
