Debbie and I had our washing machine quit. We went to Metro Appliances and were greeted by Lauren Walker. Lauren showed us all the choices which was a lot. Lauren was knowledgeable and pointed out some great options. We choose the GE Profile washer and dryer. Wil and Jam delivered and set them up. They were very professional and prompt. They were a huge help. I would recommend Metro Appliances, their staff is exceptional at customer service. Thanks to the whole crew.

Great place. Efficient. However, website order sold me a side mount kit for a dishwasher that was included with the unit. Only $20, but unnecessary. Rectified. Metro did the right thing (reached out and refunded the charge) although that really wasn't the reason for my review. Thank you metro! Class act!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Metro Appliances & More. The buying process was smooth, communication was clear, and delivery was right on time. Brent and Will were top-notch professionals! They were courteous, knowledgeable, and great to work with. The entire experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

We did a new build with Old School Construction and Metro was who they sent us for appliances. If I would have known then what I know now I would have gone somewhere else. We did not buy low end appliances. We bought what we felt was higher quality. First issue was the microwave we bought had known manufacturing problems and they sold it to us anyways. It broke right away, as did many of the same model that they sold, so we were without one for a while until the replacement part was ordered and someone was able to come fix it. The worst part was our Frigidaire professional series refrigerator. It started malfunctioning about 6 months in. We didn't realize the electrical was broke until a couple days after the one year mark. The temp maintains factory setting and the bottom ice maker works. We can't adjust the temp or turn on the main up top ice maker. When we went to turn on the top ice maker it wouldn't work because the electrical panel is fried. Was it a few DAYS over the one year mark? Yes. I mean days. Not weeks. Would I replace it for someone who spent over $10,000 in appliances from me? Yes because it's just good business and decent customer service. So now I go buy bags of ice from QT every other day to dump in to my really expensive refrigerator freezer. The whole experience was disappointing.

We had a last minute failure in our washer. We ran to Metro and found a variety of options to replace it with. The salesmen were not pushy. They were helpful and educational but without pushing. At the end, we were able to find what we needed at the price we could afford. Thank you!
