Appliances 4 less

We had 3 appliances stop working within a couple weeks of each other, so not only were we needing a lot of appliances all at once, but we decided to upgrade from white to stainless steel. We were able to find all 4 appliances we needed in one stop here! At great prices too! We are big on only buying scratch and dent, and google led us here. We had such a great experience! Breanna is the salesperson who was there assisting us. She was SO kind and was able to answer all of our questions. We also had our 4 small children with us, and she was so accommodating to them as well. She was never pushy but always available when we had questions or concerns. She made the purchasing process SO easy and with payment, held our items until we were able to pickup the next day. 100% recommended!

Worst communication and customer service regarding my delivery. Like they had some random person with a truck deliver the appliances, had me waiting all day with no given time window for delivery and then the guy tried to charge me an extra $50 to climb 3 stairs at the time of delivery. Not happy with how I was treated as a customer after I had paid in full for two appliances, plus delivery and installation. Edit: Apparently, the delivery service is someone that is a third party contracted through the company. After self installing my dryer and refrigerator I noticed there was a functional defect and Sabrina and Corey went above and beyond to deliver a new replacement. I have yet to see the refund they promised for the initial delivery and installation charge, but at least I did get a pretty good deal on appliances that work great so far. So as long as you are able to pick up the appliances yourself, I’d recommend this place, otherwise the delivery service is questionable at best.
