Well, Hello everyone! This incredible experience simply started with a phone call to Appliance Solutions. Matt answered the phone. My spouse and I were looking for a white side by side refrigerator Even though Matt said they did not have one featured on the show room floor, he could certainly special order one for us. He offered to send us a texted picture of a white side by side that suited our dimensions and we really like the look of it as well. That text offer “act of customer service”was so impressive to us that we visited the store that same day. We met our salesperson, Matt. We browsed the showroom floor and my husband and I both were attracted to the Samsung glass front fridge. We just fell in love with it. Matt did a thorough job of explaining all of the features of the refrigerator to us. We actually didn’t end up with the white one, but we did end up with the Samsung glass front refrigerator …which after it was installed we loved it even more….then we were hooked…. we were planning on replacing all of our kitchen appliances and washer and dryer so we use this opportunity to go back to the store see Matt and continue our shopping spree…we bought a washer, dryer stove, microwave, and dishwasher. We are so pleased with our purchases. The installers David and Chris and Chris C. were all professional, meticulous, courteous and thoughtful in their installation procedures. We are so happy with the Customer Service at Appliance Solutions and their Remarkable Staff…. Sam and Sam and Bob and Kelley and everyone else we had the pleasure of speaking with when we called or meet when we were in the store!!!!! Our 12yr old Maytag gave up at 10pm on a Sunday. I needed to replace it ASAP and on a budget. I stopped in Appliance Solutions Monday morning after being recommended to come here. I was immediately greeted by Anthony and I told him what my situation was. He knew exactly what directions to point me in and sold me on a discounted Maytag replacement. Anthony was super helpful and I was in and out in less than 10mins. I opted for the $69 Delivery and installation service but that includes hauling off the old unit and installing new supply hoses. They also offered free delivery to my driveway but that doesnt include taking the old one. Feeling already inconvenienced enough the delivery and installation was a great bargain for me! Chris arrived the next day exactly at the time he told me over the phone. He had a great attitude and was super knowledgeable. Chris listened to my concerns over my old house 1.50" drain situation giving me problems in the past. He was super confident and got everything hooked up and made sure nothing leaked before he left. Between visiting the store and doing the installation all in all took about 30mins of my time and I have a new washer with little effort of my own. Appliance Solutions has a tremendously efficient process, Anthony and Chris are great. If you need a solution to an Appliance situation then this is your place.

Absolutely OBSESSED with our new washer & dryer set!!! A huge thank you to Violet, for helping us pick out this amazing set. Our biggest concern was pet hair on our clothes & she recommended this one & it works AMAZING!! You can tell she genuinely cares about helping find what’s best for her customers!! I was helped by Kelly Chica who spent much time with me and provided valuable information to help me make a decision within my budget. She was knowledgeable about the products and gave me options without being impatient or pushy.
