Rent One

Please don't not rent from this location! They are very rude. The manager Wes literally laughed at me because I changed my mind on keeping the furniture. Then I tried to get help with my account and I was met with condescending tone and smart remarks. Can't wait to cancel cause it's NOT worth it at all! Oh let's not forget them trying to charge my card 75 dollars for 1 week when my payment is 37 dollars. BEWARE!

Everything was great except delivery guys didn’t/couldn’t show me how to hook up or plug in bed. They left it unplugged and I had to have someone come in and hook it up. Then when they put the bed together, they sat the bed on top of my phone charger. Now I can’t get it out. The office staff is great. The only reason I came back after paying off my previous loan. However, it needs to be explained before delivery of item when the payment will be due. I figured they would deliver it and then in a month it would be due. I will know next time thanks.

PLEASE READ before using rentone!!! Long for a reason lol Advertise free delivery and setup--yea right--start of my drama with them. Setup was plugging in the fridge then leaving, that's it. Couldn't even bother removing the tape or foam padding inside because he "didn't want the shelves to fly out the fridge when WE installed the waterline" that they were supposed to install. Won't return calls. Have been blatantly lied too twice saying they call when they don't. Will say they call you but your phone is busy or going directly to voicemail. Purchased 2 weeks ago and STILL waiting for them to uphold their end of the agreement over the easiest problem/solution but they have yet to take care of it. Just empty promises They sent 2 guys out to remove the delivery wheel slides under the fridge wheels but they literally DIDN'T BRING TOOLS! Who knowingly shows up to do a repair job as a repairman but doesn't bring tools to do the repair!? I mean, Seriously!?! Bare basics at the minimum here folks! Make it make sense please. THEN--Instead of checking inside the fridge for anything that could spill or fall. Or asking me to check--they just leaned the fridge back and did their "repair". When leaving one guy asked for a towel to clean up "water" that spilled "from front of fridge water dispenser". It WASN'T WATER--it was all the open drinks we had in the fridge that poured out everywhere in my fridge and floor. That should tell you everything you need to know. If simple things are neglected and avoided then you KNOW big stuff will be impossible. You spend A LOT of money to deal with "impossible" with your purchase that should be fixed. I would avoid doing business with Rent one. No follow thru. Liars. Won't return calls or show up when they say they will. FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS and AVOID rent one. Don't waste your time/money cause they are more than happy to waste yours.

As far as rent to own places go so far rent one has been amazing! Got my application ran and approved quickly! Got my new living room set delivered the very next day! Great customer service and attitude throughout from everyone at this location that helped me! Great selection as far as couches and sectionals go as well!
