Five star review for the service after the sale. I was a unlucky recipient of a defective molecule mattress, they asked I if would give it 48 hours to fully inflate and I agreed. The next day there was no change. The store had already got one out of there warehouse to see if it had the same issue. It did. They asked me to bring it in and exchange it for another mattress. Suzie was the manager every business should have.

Had a very horrible experience. Mattress is not the same Mattress I chose from store. Chair im paying for is already sinking in the middle and I just got it. This place and the people that work there are horrible. Especially the woman THAT WORKS there! They are all horrible with customer service. Im putting this because I dont want anybody to go through what I went through. After I had to repeatedly go up there to make things right with them. THEY TOTALLY ROB YOU OF THE EXCITEMENT OF GETTING NEW FURNITURE. NEVER EVER SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

They sold me two broken appliances. I bought a washer a year ago and it didn’t work upon arrival so they switched it with another one. Now I bought a dryer, had it delivered and it doesn’t work, Maytag comes out tells me it’s my gas line so I have to waste $250 more to have another company come out and check my gas line. Then he showed me it was in fact the dryer not my gas line. It’s now been two weeks since I’ve had the dryer and it hasn’t worked once and the owners refuse to do anything for me except oh sorry I sold you a broken dryer. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU EXPECT YOUR APPLIANCE TO ACTUALLY WORK
