Yuri is amazing, always gets to the root of the issue. Understand, it takes time, and it’s not always a quick fix. We needed the fix, not really looking for another refrigerator right now. I’ll be honest, the price is high compared to licensed electricians, and highly trained security technicians.

I had Yuri repair our refrigerator. He was the best of the best! So knowledgeable, kind and professional. So happy I now know a reliable and honest appliance repair man. You couldn’t ask for better! I have to say Karen in the office also was beyond excellent! She remembered to call me if they got a cancellation! Other places would just ignore my request. She truly cared for us to get taken care of and this was much appreciated. We would highly recommend Mr. Appliance!

We recently had in home service on our Maytag dryer. We could not have been happier with the work completed by Carlos, as well as our contact with Karen while making the appointment. We will definitely use Mr. Appliance for any future appliance repair need(s) and we will also recommend them to friends and family for any of their home appliance repair needs as well.

Extremely professional Repair service by Carlos Rivera. Explained in detail everything he was doing as he was doing it. Provided options and choices for me to make and let me know immediately upfront the cost of everything. Very pleasant experience and happy to have my dryer working again.
