We had a replacement water installed by Ethan, with the new one delivered by Ron. Ethan was patient answering my many questions, and explaining the water heater options. He did a very neat installation and he cleaned everything up when he was done. I’d be very happy to have him return for any future plumbing work.

Sam from Pride Plumbing was amazing. I’m very grateful for all the help, advice, and guidance he provided. He fixed our outside drainage issue, checked our hot water tank, and gave us helpful options for future replacement equipment, including our dishwasher, sump pump, and hot water heater. I really appreciate how knowledgeable and helpful he was throughout the visit. Thank you again, Sam!

David from Pride Plumbing was professional and friendly from the start. He called about 30 minutes before arriving, which I really appreciated. After I showed him where I noticed the leak, he quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a clear, reasonable quote. Unlike many plumbers who don’t offer free estimates, Pride Plumbing’s service fee was very fair compared to others. I’ve used them before, and their pricing has always been reasonable. David worked efficiently, and the job was completed in no time. I highly recommend Pride Plumbing for their reliability, professionalism, and fair pricing.

The best experience I have had with any plumbing service has been with Pride Plumbing. Have had a new toilet and flange expertly installed by Matt both Daniel and Nick did a fantastic job of installing a tankless water heater in our home. All were very knowledgeable and great to work with. They are highly recommended and will be going to Pride Plumbing with any future plumbing needs.

I came home from from a 2 week vacation to find shattered pipes in the utility room. I called Pride Plumbing and Matt G. showed up on time. Matt quickly evaluated the extent of work and quoted a cost to repair on what was visible. As work continued, additional damages were identified and repaired. His work ethic, skill level, and customer service is second to none. His concern and focus on getting us basic plumbing quickly was noticed and appreciated. Nick joined Matt on Day 3 and the two of them quickly finished the job. Both Matt and Nick are a fantastic at their jobs and you should be honored to have either of them show up to work on your plumbing issues.
