James provided us with excellent service, he was professional and knowledgeable about our plumbing issues. He did a great job explaining the options for fixing our problems. He replaced an outside faucet and installed a sump pump back up unit for us. He got the work down efficiently and was respectful of our house. We will be having him back in the future. I came home from from a 2 week vacation to find shattered pipes in the utility room. I called Pride Plumbing and Matt G. showed up on time. Matt quickly evaluated the extent of work and quoted a cost to repair on what was visible. As work continued, additional damages were identified and repaired. His work ethic, skill level, and customer service is second to none. His concern and focus on getting us basic plumbing quickly was noticed and appreciated. Nick joined Matt on Day 3 and the two of them quickly finished the job.
