Rochester Appliance

Bought a fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer with Rochester Appliance in April of this year. This was our first time buying appliances for our new house and I was overwhelmed with all the options. The staff here took the time to understand our needs and preferences, go appliance by appliance with us to look at options, showed us open box options and matched the price of big box store sales that were happening. There was no pressure in the sale which I really appreciated. They also did all the installs. They were quick, thoughtful, and easy to work with. Everything was delivered very quickly. Four months later we haven't had a single issue with any appliance and it's given us so much peace of mind. Would highly recommend

Technician John was attentive, friendly and treated my issue with my LG Front Load Washer as if it were his own problem. His communication was stellar and he was able to replace my faulty front load washer gasket quickly. Unfortunately, the new OEM replacement LG Washer gasket ordered was not 100% correct despite the PN matching the old. John worked it out and no issues with leaking since! I will be using Rochester Appliance Services going forward due to their strong communication and attention to detail.

Based on my description when I phoned in, Brent came ready with the exact part to fix my oven. He was awesome and walked me through everything he was doing with the repair. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes, and the price was much less than I anticipated. In fact, their service call rate is quite a bit lower than any of their competitors I contacted. Next time I need an appliance repaired, I'm just calling Rochester Appliance. Based on my experience, they are simply the best.
