Technician John was attentive, friendly and treated my issue with my LG Front Load Washer as if it were his own problem. His communication was stellar and he was able to replace my faulty front load washer gasket quickly. Unfortunately, the new OEM replacement LG Washer gasket ordered was not 100% correct despite the PN matching the old. John worked it out and no issues with leaking since! I will be using Rochester Appliance Services going forward due to their strong communication and attention to detail.

Based on my description when I phoned in, Brent came ready with the exact part to fix my oven. He was awesome and walked me through everything he was doing with the repair. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes, and the price was much less than I anticipated. In fact, their service call rate is quite a bit lower than any of their competitors I contacted. Next time I need an appliance repaired, I'm just calling Rochester Appliance. Based on my experience, they are simply the best.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I was in and out and under a half hour the sales rep Rebecca Was so informative and friendly She educated me and took the time to really explain what I needed to know about washing machines that would fit my needs. The prices are very affordable and you are supporting Local and they have a warranty and! They have a repair service so if you need anything appliance wise this is the place to be!
