They said diagnosis fee is waived(this means it is free) if you go with the repair and then charges you for it in the invoice for the repair saying it is now required to pay it. Bait and switch tactics

My Repair guy Carlos was extremely efficient and found the problem immediately and repaired it within 1/2 an hour! Carlos also was very nice and listened to my concerns and checked on my concerns regarding my repair! I highly recommend All Appliance Repair service

I called All Appliance repair when my fridge stopped working, it happened on the weekend so I was happy to find a service that could send a technician. It was a little bit of a wait, understandably because of the weekend but when Chris the technician came, he quickly found the problem, turned out to be a failed compressor. He showed & explained everything he was doing which I really appreciated. He worked quickly & very efficiently, he really knew his stuff! Price was a little steep I thought but I’m just so glad he was able to fix it & it was up & running in no time. I would definitely recommend All Appliance repair service, job well done!
