We went in to solve an impossible problem with our BlackMagic camera … they did not have any traditional solutions, no batteries, no replacement wires. It was dire. Then, we met Sharif… he looked at our situation and helped us brainstorm solutions that he could solve. And by God… he did it. Our whole filming schedule was saved by sharif at this location and i know we wouldn’t have been able to do it without him. Old school customer service in a new world.. amazon could NEVER If youre in brooklyn.. if youre in NYC and need any electronic help, i suggest you at least swing by and ask this talented team lead by this talented person. If anything you will leave with hope for humanity lol. If god exist, his name is Sharif and he will always find a solution to help you. THANK YOU KING.

George McIntyre was awesome! He helped me pick out a new dishwasher and made the whole process really easy. He was friendly, funny, and super knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I had the correct measurements, and helped me find a dishwasher with all the features I wanted. I never felt pressured, and he made sure I understood everything before making my decision. Great customer service from start to finish. I’m so excited for my new dishwasher to be delivered! Upon entering PC Richard & Son at the Atlantic / Barclays Center location, I immediately felt very welcomed. I was approached by the sales assistant, Christopher (aka LeBron James 😄), in the nicest possible manner — not pushy, and not disturbing at all. Very polite and professional. Christopher helped me find exactly the product I was looking for and provided excellent service from A to Z. The entire interaction was smooth, knowledgeable, and truly professional. I actually ended up buying more items than I originally planned, which says a lot about the quality of service. I left the store very satisfied and confident in my purchase. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Highly recommended!
